From June 2024 to January 2025, Fabrika managed a digital advertising campaign for Alpina BiH focused on increasing visibility, improving campaign efficiency, and driving measurable e-commerce performance. Through a coordinated mix of search and paid social activity, the campaign strengthened Alpina BiH’s digital presence and delivered strong commercial results.

Project Scope

Fabrika developed and managed a multi-channel digital advertising strategy designed to support brand visibility, product discovery, and online sales. The campaign combined Google Ads and META-led activity in a performance-focused framework tailored to reach relevant audiences and improve conversion outcomes.

Objectives

The goal was to build a stronger and more efficient digital acquisition model that would generate measurable business impact. At the same time, the campaign aimed to identify the best-performing channels, audience segments, and market opportunities for future growth.

Execution

The campaign followed a full-funnel approach that connected awareness, engagement, and conversion. Google Ads captured high-intent demand, while paid social activity expanded reach, supported remarketing, and maintained product visibility across key touchpoints.

Continuous optimization played a central role throughout the campaign period, with performance signals used to refine targeting, improve efficiency, and strengthen results over time. Mobile emerged as the dominant conversion device, while Sarajevo and Banja Luka stood out as the most valuable local markets.

Results

The campaign generated 2.4 million views1.7K purchases, and achieved a 17.38 ROAS, confirming the effectiveness of the overall strategy. Google Ads emerged as the strongest revenue-driving channel, while paid social activity played an important role in engagement, product visibility, and assisted conversions.

The results also highlighted the value of an integrated digital approach, with brand demand supported not only through paid media, but also through broader user engagement and channel synergy.
